Unlike modern fast-growing chickens that are bred to reach heavy weights in a matter of weeks, our heritage chickens are raised for at least 80 days and processed at a smaller size. This slower growth allows intramuscular fat to develop more naturally, producing juicier, more flavorful meat with superior texture.
